Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Officer to join our Waraseoni team. The Admission Officer will be responsible for guiding parents through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and transparent admission journey, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission inquiries from parents via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Counsel parents about TalentCraft India’s online courses, benefits, and learning outcomes.
• Guide parents through the registration and admission process.
• Maintain proper admission records and documentation.
• Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
• Provide timely updates and reports on admissions status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• 0–2 years of experience in counseling/admission/sales roles (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in explaining course details and benefits to parents.
• Target-oriented and organized in maintaining admission records.
• Proficiency in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Local candidates from Waraseoni or nearby areas preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time, 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday).
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
• Weekly off: Monday.
