Admission Counselor

As an Admission Counsellor at our institution in Indore, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admission process for Law and Management programs. Your responsibilities will include counseling students and families on courses, eligibility criteria, and application procedures. You will assist in the admission process by ensuring smooth form completion and documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with leads, maintaining student records in the CRM system, and supporting marketing efforts through webinars, college fairs, and outreach events. Providing guidance on entrance exams and interview preparation will also be a key aspect of your role, along with converting leads into enrollments by addressing queries and explaining program benefits. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. While experience in counseling, admissions, or student engagement is a plus, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A good understanding of the education sector, particularly in Law and Management, and familiarity with CRM systems for student record management will be beneficial.
