Location: Delhi Shahdara Employment Type: Full-timeJob Responsibilities:Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission process, and career optionsHandle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiriesGuide students through the complete admission cycle from inquiry to enrollmentMaintain accurate student data and follow-ups in CRMAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targetsCoordinate with academic and operations teamsConduct campus tours, webinars, and admission eventsResolve student and parent queries professionallyRequired Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)Strong convincing and counseling skillsAbility to handle pressure and meet targetsBasic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM toolsStudent-centric and empathetic approachExperience:Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer handlingPerks & Benefits:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
