Role Description

This is a full-time Admission Counselor role located on-site in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, engaging with them via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Daily responsibilities include providing detailed information about the institute's offerings, addressing inquiries, conducting consultations to understand candidates’ career aspirations, and ensuring a seamless admission experience. The role also involves maintaining communication with students and assisting with enrollment formalities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and verbal and written Communication skills
• Customer Service experience with the ability to address inquiries and build rapport
• Proficiency in Sales and consultative guidance in a professional setting
• Passion for Education and career development with knowledge of the training industry
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in admissions or student counseling is a plus

Shift Timings - 9 :30 AM - 6 :30 PM

Working Days - 6 Days in a week ( All Fridays off + 2 alternate Saturdays off)
