Admission Counselor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor with 2–3 years of experience in the education sector. The role involves managing walk-in inquiries, conducting engaging school tours, and effectively communicating with prospective parents and students to drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in inquiries and provide detailed information about academic programs, campus facilities, admission process, and fee structure.
• Conduct personalized school tours and presentations to highlight key features and value propositions.
• Understand the needs and concerns of parents/students and offer appropriate guidance and counseling.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure timely closure of inquiries.
• Maintain and update inquiry records, follow-up schedules, and admission status reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission experience for prospective students.
• Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and KPIs.
• Represent the school at events, open houses, and other outreach programs when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in education or counseling preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a related role within the education sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to build rapport quickly and address concerns with confidence and clarity.
• Professional appearance and a pleasant personality.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
