Admissions Counselor (India Admissions Team)

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Onsite Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM

Working Days: Wednesday to Monday(Tuesday Week off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via calls to understand children’s math learning needs and provide the right Cuemath solution.
• Address parents' concerns and educate them about the Cuemath learning methodology.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to highlight Cuemath’s unique approach.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Analyze sales patterns and suggest improvements.
• Handle objections and queries creatively and authentically.
• Learn and adapt to new sales strategies for improved outcomes.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in direct or inside sales (freshers welcome).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills. ● A goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM tools.
• Highly organized and motivated individual.
