Admission Counselor

As a Parent Relationship Officer / Admission Counselor at Birla Open Minds International School, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall day-to-day operations of the Admin/Front office at our New Branch in Shamshabad. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling admissions, counselling, and addressing parent queries/concerns - Conducting presentations and generating a database through field promotional activities - Conducting market research and competition analysis - Converting prospective parent inquiries/leads into admissions through counseling and follow-up - Managing outbound and inbound calls, as well as leading a team - Providing support in the admission procedure and clarifying doubts regarding school life - Maintaining daily records of visitors and admissions, and organizing school tours for prospective parents To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to work effectively in a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong convincing power - Pleasant appearance and good communication skills - Service-oriented attitude and flexibility with school timings - Capability to work independently and collaboratively - Flexibility, patience, and creativity - Strong problem-solving, tele-calling, soft skills, and parent interaction skills Applicants are required to have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience and hold a graduate/post-graduate degree with good communication skills.
