Job Description

As a junior counselor at our sales branch in Kochi, your primary task will be to convert leads into sales. You will also have a monthly revenue target to meet. Key responsibilities include: - Counselling clients and addressing their inquiries to sell Immigration products & services through phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Achieving individual/team revenue targets. - Staying informed about changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures. - Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing updates throughout the immigration process. - Identifying and resolving challenges or issues that may arise during the immigration process, working with clients to develop solutions. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records/trackers of client interactions, immigration process, and outcomes. - Generating reports on the status of immigration cases and compliance metrics. Qualifications required: - Minimum 1 year of total work experience. - Work location will be in person. This is a full-time job with benefits including paid sick time and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift.,
