Admission Counselor

As a Parent Relationship Officer/Admission Counselor at Birla Open Minds International School in Shamshabad, your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the Admin/Front office. This includes handling admissions, counseling, addressing parent queries/concerns, conducting presentations, generating a database through promotional activities, and analyzing the market and competition. Additionally, you will be responsible for converting prospective parent inquiries into admissions through counseling and follow-up efforts. You will also handle outbound and incoming calls, manage a team, clarify doubts related to admissions and school life, maintain daily visitor and admission data, and organize school tours for prospective parents. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the Admin/Front office - Handle admissions, counseling, and parent queries - Conduct presentations and promotional activities - Analyze market and competition - Convert prospective parent inquiries into admissions - Handle outbound and incoming calls - Manage a team - Clarify doubts related to admissions and school life - Maintain daily visitor and admission data - Organize school tours for prospective parents Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS-Office - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with convincing power - Pleasant appearance and good communication skills - Service-oriented attitude with flexibility in school timings - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams - Strong problem-solving, tele-calling, soft skills, and parent interaction abilities - Graduates/Post-graduates with good communication skills - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience In addition to the above, Birla Open Minds International School emphasizes a flexible, patient, and creative approach in the workplace.
