Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor, located at Arena Animation Nagpur. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families to provide information about courses and programs, guiding them through the admission process, and addressing queries. Key tasks include ensuring a smooth admissions experience, working collaboratively with various departments, and meeting enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication
• Experience in Customer Service, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of inquiries
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet enrollment targets effectively
• Understanding of the education sector and the ability to guide students towards courses
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to operate effectively in an on-site role and maintain professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or related field is preferred
