Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to leads via calls/emails and explain upGrad’s learning programs
• Counsel students to identify their needs and recommend suitable programs
• Convert leads into enrollments by building trust and showcasing course value
• Maintain daily records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM
• Meet and exceed assigned admission targets (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-enrollment support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or inside sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities
• High levels of initiative, ownership, and goal orientation
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
