Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals about suitable online UG/PG programs or certification courses
• Understand individual learning goals and recommend tailored educational paths
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email communications to guide students through the enrollment process
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversions
• Keep track of student inquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, scholarships, fees, and career outcomes
• Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and academic teams for a seamless student experience
• Meet weekly/monthly counselling and enrollment targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in academic counselling, student support, or inside sales (preferably in the education sector)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
• Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of online education trends and career counselling is a plus
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
