Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance

evaluations, providing coaching and training to enhance the team sales

skills.

  • Continuously improve the sales process, identifying areas for enhancement,

and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency.

  • Oversee the management of customer relationships, ensuring a high level of

customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Maximizing the conversion of leads into enrollments.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing

campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other

key metrics,

  • providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory

requirements within the center sales operations. Mentor and teach the

content to ensure that the learners are interview ready.
