Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  
  




• Provide accurate information on programs, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and timelines.
  
  




• Guide students in course selection and career-related decisions.
  
  




• Conduct student interviews and assess eligibility for programs.
  
  




• Convert prospective student inquiries into confirmed enrolments.
  
  




• Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns, events, webinars, and outreach activities.
  
  

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  
  

Experience Required:

• 0-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or student services.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
  




• Familiarity with CRM or student management software is a plus.
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  
  




• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
  
  




• Empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented in dealing with students and parents.
  
  




• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
