• Lead Calling: Contact potential leads (prospective students) to explain the course details, benefits, and unique selling points (USPs) of Topmentors offerings.
• Counseling & Advising: Provide clear information on available programs, answer queries, and guide students in choosing the best course suited to their goals and interests
• Convincing Students: Use persuasive communication to encourage leads to take admission, explaining the value and advantages of enrolling in the courses.
• Sales Skills: Aim to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions, often meeting or exceeding admission targets.
• Follow-up: Maintain a follow-up system to track leads and ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex course offerings in an understandable and engaging way.
• A persuasive and confident demeanor to convince leads.
• Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Working Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
