  • Conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families.
  • Evaluate applications and academic credentials to determine eligibility for admission.
  • Participate in college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective students through phone, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Provide personalized counseling to applicants regarding admission requirements and financial aid options.
  • Review and process admission applications and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track recruitment activities.

Admissions Counselor Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in higher education admissions or student services.
  • Knowledge of enrollment management software and CRM systems.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment events and activities.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
  • Experience with social media marketing and engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Master's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in higher education.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
