Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing accurate information about courses, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational goals. Key Responsibilities:Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses, career paths, and admissions process. Convert leads into admissions through structured follow-ups and personalized counselling. Maintain student records and update CRM tools regularly. Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding of students. Participate in promotional events, webinars, and outreach activities as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Education, Marketing, or HR). 1+ years of experience in counselling, admissions, or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and [local language if applicable]. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and meet admission targets. Preferred:Background in the education or training industry. Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
