We are currently seeking a caring, insightful, and qualified Preschool Counselor to join our passionate and enthusiastic early learning team. Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and assess young children to identify emotional, behavioral, and social development needs.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for children experiencing challenges such as separation anxiety, behavioral issues, or social isolation.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and families to design and implement effective strategies that promote emotional well-being and positive behavior.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior hands-on experience working with young children in a counseling or early childhood education setting.
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
