**Job Description:** As a Counsellor at the institute, your primary role is to effectively counsel prospective students for enrolment in programs offered. Your responsibilities include: - Increasing student enrolment by following the institute's sales marketing process. - Providing career counselling to prospective learners to ensure successful sales. - Conducting tele-counselling and follow-up on leads generated through structured campaigns. - Attending calls in a pleasant manner, providing necessary information and support to students, parents, and channel partners. In terms of Customer Relationship Management and Data Management, you will be required to: - Create a customer service culture, prioritizing customer needs. - Continuously interact with customers/students to address concerns and enhance service levels. - Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service to boost client satisfaction and program growth. - Effectively handle and utilize CRM and ERP systems for efficient data management. For Learning and Development purposes, you are expected to: - Embrace the institute's training philosophies with a WIN-WIN-WIN policy. - Enhance skills and knowledge by participating in regular training programs. - Adhere to all disciplinary procedures, guiding principles, and core values of the Institute.
