Admission Counsellor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE (Please note- Female Candidates with School Admission Counselling Experience Can only Apply)

• · Do phone counselling for admission enquiries received in CRM from different channels as per the instructions received from the Department Head.
• · Convince the enquiries to take admission in the school.
• · Responsible in admission conversions and achieving enrolment targets .
• · Orient and guide new parents on the curriculum framework offered by the school.
• · Making follow up calls for enquiries received through mails , telephone or walk-in.
• · Maintaining admission registration file.
• · Provide details of the board structure /curriculum offered by the school.
• · Assist in identification of children with special needs and offer advice to their parents on the additional support provided by the school.
• · Provides campus tours for prospective parents and provide guidance on the variety of teaching initiatives taken by the school.
• · Maintains up-to-date knowledge about the Schools programs and requirements.
• · Convince parents in admission registration, evaluate student admissibility and provide guidance on the admission process until closure.
• · Addressing to existing parents queries and assisting in timely closure of the issue raised by them.
• · Address and resolve grievances academic grievances raised by parents to ensure high parent satisfaction by coordinating with respective stake holders.
• · Co-ordinate with internal teams to appraise parents on students’ academic progress whenever needed and seek for referral admissions.
• · Tracking and maintaining records/files of admission document., student strength,
• · Update the New admissions/ Existing Rollover students data in govt portals if required.
• · Responsible for preschool tie-ups as per the instruction received from the Team Manager & cultivate relationship with the preschools and follow-up until we get referral admissions, act as a SPOC on behalf of our school.
• · Knowledge of Strengths & USPs of the School, Overview of competitors, Curriculum details, Facilities of the School, Admission Policies
• · Take the responsibilities as and when you receive any instructions from the Admission Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
