Job Description

Position Summary

Lead Management & Conversion:

Effectively managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospective student leads generated through various channels (online inquiries, calls, walk-ins, educational fairs, etc.).
Conducting professional and informative counseling sessions (in-person, telephonic, and virtual) to provide detailed information about the university's programs, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and career prospects.
Proactively following up
with leads to address queries, resolve concerns, and motivate them towards admission, focusing on meeting and exceeding admission targets.

Communication & Engagement:

Maintaining a
high level of command over spoken and written English
for clear and persuasive communication with students and parents.
Organizing and conducting webinars, information sessions, and campus tours for prospective students.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and follow-ups in the
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
.

Market Intelligence:

Gathering feedback from leads and providing valuable insights to the marketing and admissions team to improve outreach strategies.
Staying updated on competitor activities and current trends in the higher education sector.

Administrative Support:

Assisting applicants with the completion of admission forms and necessary documentation.
Coordinating with other university departments (e.g., academic, finance) to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Language: Excellent command of the English language

Core Skills: Proven track record of converting leads into sales/admissions
