Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor (Inside Sales) based in Bhopal. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their academic goals, and recommending suitable courses. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, maintaining communication with potential candidates, assisting with enrollment processes, and promoting the institution's programs through sales strategies and personalized counseling.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents
• Customer Service skills to provide assistance and address concerns professionally
• Sales proficiency to promote courses and close enrollments successfully
• Understanding of the Education sector to adequately guide potential candidates about courses and career opportunities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proactive attitude and ability to meet targets consistently
• Prior experience in sales or customer engagement is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in education or related fields is advantageous
