Role Description

This full-time role of an Admission Counsellor (Inside Sales) involves day-to-day tasks such as connecting with potential students, answering inquiries, and guiding students through the admission process. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of the courses offered and effective communication skills to promote our programs. The position is based on-site in Bhopal.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Proven Customer Service and Sales experience
• Background in Education or Educational Counselling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
