Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor (Inside Sales) located in Bhopal. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing detailed information about courses, guiding students through the admission process, and maintaining relationships with students. The role includes conducting sales activities, meeting admission targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Knowledge in Educational domain
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in an educational institute is a plus
