ADMISSION COUNSELLOR - WE ARE HIRING!!

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Counsel parents on admission policies and procedures, offering solutions to applicant problems.

2. Convince prospective students' parents to enrol as per school policies.

3. Assist parents in completing their applications and handling applicant databases.

4. Prepare detailed reports for enrollment and application processes.

5. Stay updated on educational trends affecting admissions.

6. Collaborate with the team for admissions.

7. Perform a thorough evaluation of student applications.

8. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into admissions.

9. Assist with various special school programs.

10. Maintain school admission website pages and communication templates.

Skills Set & Requirements:

11. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in admissions counselling in Schools.

12. Basic Degree or Master's in any field.

13. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

14. Ability to work closely with different teams.

15. Proficiency in data analysis.

16. Attention to detail and action-oriented.

17. Ability to think strategically and tactically.

18. Self-starter with a passion for creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

19. Build processes and programs to enhance the school's perception for better conversions.

20. Ensure a seamless parent/family experience from inquiry to admission closure.

21. Establish success criteria to measure department efficiency and marketing ROI.

22. Analyze and share data related to applicants and potential applicants.

23. Design processes and documentation to exceed parent satisfaction.

24. Plan and execute marketing events, maintain brand consistency, and engage with the parent community

Requirements:

1. Honest, confident and passionate with a good and charming personality.

2. Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) and command of the English language in particular.

3. Prior experience with educational institutions in a similar role would be preferable. Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a similar role will be an added advantage.

4. Flexible with working times and open to working on Sundays on rotation.

5. Proficiency in basic computers and Intermediate to Expert skills using MS Office.

6. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

7. Exceptional customer service skills.

8. Strong listening and sales skills.

9. Ability to achieve targets.

10. Ideal candidate should have minimum experience of 2+ Years.
