ADMISSION SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive

JOB PURPOSE: Follow up prospects/leads and enroll them into admissions at Kilkari Preschool & Daycare.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Take incoming calls and answer all the concerns of parents. Create and communicate effectively value propositions for Kilkari Preschool
• Understands the lead nature & behaviour, answer their queries, should be able to do small talk, create, connect & convert.
• Pre- qualify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests etc.
• Present information to the lead about the Kilkari Preschool& Daycare and Capture the Document information on the leads obtained through the tele calls.
• Schedule and make follow up calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and remind them to visit school for admissions.
• Do the follow up calls for admissions once the prospect has visited school.
• Timely responding all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages
• Completing follow-ups on daily basis as per business requirements and defined workflows
• Send EOD reports on calls & lead conversion pipeline status.
• WEEKEND calling is a MUST
• Pleasing personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Provide support to Management in managing Admissions
• Maintain a cordial relationship with the management, students, faculties and administrative teams for smooth operations.
• Liasioning with the external agencies related to Marketing & PR.
• Liasioning for the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mails, leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 Years

TIMING & LOCATION: Monday to Saturday , Gurgaon

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Good computer skills.
• Good English/Hindi Verbal communication skills
• Good Digital marketing skills
• Negotiation and convincing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
