Experience Level: Freshers Preferred Role Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic Admission Counselors who can confidently communicate in Hindi and English. This is a sales-driven role where you will guide students through the admission process. No prior experience is required — complete training will be provided by our team. Key Responsibilities: Speak with students and parents over the phone, WhatsApp, and in person Explain courses, benefits, and admission steps in a clear and convincing way Follow up with interested candidates and maintain daily records Achieve admission targets through smart communication and persuasion Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding Must-Have Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Confidence in speaking and presenting ideas Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Basic computer knowledge Education Qualification: Minimum: Graduate in any stream Students awaiting final year results can also apply What We Offer: Full training and support for freshers Fixed monthly salary Attractive incentives based on performance Friendly and growth-oriented work environment Important Note: This is a sales profile.
