Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding courses, batch timings, fee structures, and academic benefits Handle inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads Maintain proper follow-up with interested students and ensure timely conversions Understand students’ goals and guide them to choose the right academic path Assist with admission process, documentation, and payment handling Build long-term relationships with students and parents for retention and referrals Support marketing and outreach activities when required (seminars, school visits, etc.) Requirements: Previous experience in counseling, admission handling, or academic sales (preferred in the education sector) Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English Smart, confident, and empathetic personality Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Graduate degree required (Preferred background in education, counseling, or management) Target-driven with strong follow-up and convincing abilities Working Hours: 🗓Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📞Flexibility for occasional follow-ups beyond office hours Perks & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month Performance-based incentives and bonuses Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing institute Friendly and supportive team environment
