Key Responsibilities: Door-to-door marketing and outreach in local residential and commercial areas Meet with parents and students to explain course offerings, fee structures, and benefits Distribute brochures and promote our coaching programs in schools, coaching hubs, and tuition points Generate leads through field visits, local events, and community interactions Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and ensure conversions Report daily progress and provide feedback to the management team Support canopy setups, flyer distributions, and other offline campaigns Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory for field work) 1+ year experience in field sales or marketing (education sector preferred) Confident, energetic, and self-driven personality Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus) Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred) Working Hours: ONLY 5 HOURS WORKING Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary between ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Performance-based incentives Fuel allowance for field travel Opportunity for growth in a reputed educational brand
