Admission Counsellor / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Annai Group of Institutions is looking for a motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a sales manager or similar role in ed-tech companies like Byju’s and possess strong skills in student engagement and career counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

• Utilize sales expertise to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions and meet enrollment targets.

• Accumulate research on career scope and opportunities to design an informative admission book.

• Provide career counselling to students to help them make informed decisions.

• Attend calls and manage communication with prospective students.

• Conduct outreach activities including school visits, admission drives, and open houses.

• Maintain lead records and admission data using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to streamline admission processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role in ed-tech companies like Byju’s.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with educational sector and admission/counselling procedures.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

• Preference given to candidates from or familiar with Kumbakonam and surrounding regions.
