Job Title: Admission Counsellor (Male)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Male Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, offering accurate program information, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding admissions.
• Provide detailed information about academic programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
• Assist students in selecting the right course based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
• Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely and effective communication to close admissions.
• Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
• Represent the institution during admission drives, seminars, and educational fairs.
• Meet and exceed monthly admission targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline); background in Education, Business, or Counseling is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, telesales, or academic advising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, well-groomed, and persuasive personality.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
