Job Summary

Arbor Academy

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, admission criteria, fee structures, and academy policies
Handle end-to-end admission processes, including inquiry handling, application review, documentation verification, and student enrollment
Actively promote Arbor Academy programs through phone calls, meetings, admission events, and follow-ups
Assess student eligibility and recommend suitable programs based on academic background and career goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student admission records and update databases regularly
Coordinate with academic, administrative, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of newly admitted students
Meet assigned admission targets and contribute to the academys growth and enrollment objectives
Address student and parent queries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
Participate in admission campaigns, open houses, school/college visits, and promotional activities
Ensure compliance with Arbor Academy’s admission policies, ethical standards, and procedures

Compensation & Benefits

CTC:
1,00,000 to 4,00,000 per annum (based on experience, performance, and skills)
Allowances & Incentives may include:

Travel / conveyance allowance
Communication (mobile) allowance
Attendance or punctuality incentives
Annual performance bonus (as applicable)
