Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator based in Australia, Germany, Singapore, and Canada. The Administrator will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate with clients and internal teams, handle documentation, and ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities also include providing support for immigration and visa applications, maintaining records, and addressing client queries promptly.


Qualifications

  • Administrative skills such as schedule management, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Client coordination, communication, and support skills
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in immigration services or related fields is a plus
