Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, organized, and reliable Administrator to manage day-to-day coordination between workers, supervisors, and management in our Toolroom & Moulding Shop. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, comfortable managing blue-collar staff, and able to handle records, people, and pressure. Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain daily attendance and leave records Communicate with workers for any issues or instructions Follow up on assigned tasks and report pending work Handle worker onboarding and exit documentation Maintain records for salaries, warnings, fines, incentives Act as first responder to employee grievances and absenteeism Ensure clean handovers between shifts, toolroom sections Help enforce company rules without emotional escalation Coordinate between production, stores, and accounts Requirements: Minimum 12th pass, graduate preferred Must have experience managing blue-collar workers Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets) Confident in handling verbal disputes and difficult employees Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and follow-up Fluent in Hindi (English not mandatory but a plus) Should live within 30 mins of factory location Ideal Candidate: Street-smart, calm-headed, and action-oriented Can take clear instructions and deliver results Trustworthy and loyal with strong attendance record Willing to stay long-term and grow with the company
