🔧 About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven VMC Programmer cum Operator to join our precision manufacturing team specializing in medical injection dies and molds. This is not a regular programming job—you will work on cutting-edge high-speed machining setups involving: Shrink-fit tooling systems 5-axis machining Spindles up to 30,000 RPM Ultra high-precision components for the healthcare industry If you’re someone who enjoys creating flawless toolpaths and feels confident running the machine yourself, this is your opportunity. 🧠 What We Expect: Programming experience in PowerMill / PowerShape / Siemens NX Strong understanding of high-precision die/mold machining Ability to independently create 2D/3D toolpaths with high accuracy Must be comfortable in operating the machine personally after programming Should be able to understand component drawings, tolerances, and shrink fit systems Experience working with high-speed, fine finishing tools Knowledge of cutting tool geometry, RPM/feed optimization Minimum 3–6 years of VMC Programming experience in toolroom/die shop 🎯 Your Responsibilities:CAM programming of electrodes, core/cavity, inserts, and sliders Toolpath creation for mirror surfaces, sharp edges, medical-grade finishes Prepping and setting up tools, fixtures, and offsets for production Running the complete job—from programming to final inspection Coordinating with design and QC for critical tolerances Performing minor maintenance and machine care routines 🧬 Why Join Us?
