Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure the

    Sense messaging platform

    to support recruitment campaigns and workflows.
  • Create, manage, and optimize SMS/email campaigns, journeys, and templates for candidate engagement.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with Sense support for resolution.
  • Train recruiters and HR staff on platform usage, best practices, and new features.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate Sense with ATS and other HR systems.
  • Generate reports and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Stay updated on platform updates and recommend enhancements to improve recruitment outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience administering HR or recruitment technology platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Sense messaging

    automation tool.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and candidate lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
