Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administer and configure the
Sense messaging platform
to support recruitment campaigns and workflows.
Create, manage, and optimize SMS/email campaigns, journeys, and templates for candidate engagement.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with Sense support for resolution.
Train recruiters and HR staff on platform usage, best practices, and new features.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate Sense with ATS and other HR systems.
Generate reports and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
Stay updated on platform updates and recommend enhancements to improve recruitment outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
2+ years of experience administering HR or recruitment technology platforms.
Hands-on experience with
Sense messaging
automation tool.
Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and candidate lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
