This role involves designing, planning, and coordinating architectural projects, ensuring they meet functional requirements, aesthetic goals, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs , plans, and layouts. Meet with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials for client approval. Coordinate with the interior design, site, and project management teams for smooth execution. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and verify design implementation. Manage material selection, specifications, and vendor coordination. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery. Stay current with architectural trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture and project design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials. Excellent communication, creativity, and visualization skills. Ability to multitask, lead projects, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel for site inspections and client meetings.
