Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrator at Midgard E-Sports in Chennai. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, manage scheduling for events and tournaments, coordinate with staff and gamers, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the gaming infrastructure, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting a positive community atmosphere.

Qualifications

Experience in managing operations and scheduling
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of gaming infrastructure and technology
Ability to coordinate events and tournaments
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is a plus
Previous experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is beneficial
