Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage backend administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
  • Support operational workflows to ensure smooth functioning of daily business activities.
  • Coordinate with different teams to assist in administrative and operational requirements.
  • Maintain and organize files, reports, and other business documents.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team or department.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging logistics.
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the management.

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of backend work and operational processes.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Any Graduate
