We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in backend operations, administrative tasks, and general operational support. This role requires someone who can manage day-to-day activities efficiently and support various internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage backend administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation. Support operational workflows to ensure smooth functioning of daily business activities. Coordinate with different teams to assist in administrative and operational requirements. Maintain and organize files, reports, and other business documents. Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team or department. Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging logistics. Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the management. Skills Required: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of backend work and operational processes. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualification: Any Graduate
