Role & responsibilities

Administration:

• Arrangement of vehicles and coordination for senior management people.

• Maintenance and Management of Office car and drivers.

• Coordinate with Travel Desk for Travel/Cab arrangements of senior management and branch employees

• Liaison with local municipal authorities/RBI/ Registrar of companies and other govt. agencies.

• Brach administration, managing attenders/contract staff, and up keep of office premises.

• Liaison with building owners & maintenance of building staff, regularization all other formalities.

• Coordinate with Embassies for visas.

Accounts

• Submission of bills and vouchers to the respective company head.

• Preparation of budget and approvals there in coordination with branch accounts.

• Maintain petrol expenditure and accounts with company tied petrol station.

• Planning for Capex/other stationery items for the office and procurement of the same.

• Maintain imprest account and settle the same on time.

• Coordinate with Branch Head and meet the requirement of the branch.

• Attend to work aligned by senior management from time to time.

Experience: 7-10 years

Education: Any Graduate/Diploma
