Company Description

Motocross India is a two-wheeler service-tech startup headquartered in Belagavi, Karnataka, India. Recognized by DPIIT, Govt of India, the company operates on an asset-light model to become the largest local garage chain and app-based two-wheeler reseller in India. We train mechanics on new vehicle technologies and provide genuine spare parts through our smart application channel. The company currently employs about 30 people, with 80% of employees under 30 years old.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Administrator located in Belgaum. The Business Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing business strategies, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Other tasks include managing finances, analyzing business performance, and supporting the overall business management.

Qualifications

• Skills in Business Administration and Business Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess business performance and strategies
• Proficient Communication skills for effective team collaboration
• Experience in Finance management and related tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Belgaum and manage tasks independently
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
