Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with production, creative, and marketing teams for project requirements.
• Handle vendor relationships, procurement, and basic bookkeeping.
• Maintain records, agreements, and compliance documentation.
• Assist leadership with reports, presentations, and event coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Media, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in media, advertising, or creative industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced creative environment.

Preferred Qualities:

• Knowledge of basic accounting or HR processes is a plus.

• Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
