Role Overview

Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for communication between higher management and local teams.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional email correspondence on behalf of management.
  • Coordinate and support daily operations across departments.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with documentation.
  • Provide basic accounting support (invoices, expense tracking, reconciliations).
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in office management tasks and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong email drafting and documentation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Administration, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum

    5 years of relevant experience

    in administration/operations.
  • Prior experience in liaising with senior management preferred.
