You will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and staff to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This includes preparing documents, reports, and presentations. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls will also be part of your role. Event planning for various occasions such as meetings, conferences, and other office events will be one of your tasks. You will also need to book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation as needed. To qualify for this position, you should have a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an administrative role is required. Key skills for this role include excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
