Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Review and update standard marketing collateral, including PowerPoint presentations and sales aids, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BNY Investment Compliance standards.
  • Ensure all relevant documents such as standard presentations and sales aids meet compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, digital, and information services teams to facilitate timely and broad distribution of marketing materials.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of templates using Seismic.
  • Comply with all corporate policies and procedures within the department.
  • Immediately alert management of any significant changes to business risks or internal control effectiveness.

Notify management and/or Compliance promptly of any regulatory breaches
