Job Description

Adminstrative Manager oversees the administrative functions of the housekeeping department, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role may involve tasks like managing schedules, handling paperwork, coordinating with other departments.

Job Responsibilties:-

  • Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on housekeeping activities.
  • Managing the housekeeping budget and ensuring efficient spending.
  • Documenting and reporting any room damage or maintenance requests.
  • Overseeing the proper handling and storage of lost and found items.
  • Ensuring that housekeeping staff are adequately trained and equipped.
  • Keeping track of employee leave and attendance records.
  • Developing and implementing housekeeping procedures.
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in housekeeping operations

Requirement:-

  • Graduation is must preferably in hotel Management.
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience.
  • Male candidates are only preffered.
