Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks such as handling phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized records. Additionally, the role includes supporting executive staff with administrative assistance, preparing documents, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Experienced in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in a law firm or related field is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
