Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including data entry and record keeping Effective organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets) Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines Prior experience in a similar administrative or clerical role is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent qualification, though additional certifications are a plus
