Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk, located in Kerala, India. The Administrative Clerk will perform daily clerical tasks, manage communication channels, maintain records, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, assisting executives with administrative tasks, and maintaining organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Competence in Clerical Skills and organization
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Experience in office administration and/or a similar role is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and basic computer skills
• Fluency in English and familiarity with regional languages is an advantage
